所有学生都必须申请毕业, regardless of whether they plan to participate in the graduation ceremony (held annually in May). Submitting an application for graduation initiates the official review of your records, 你成绩单上的毕业批注, 还有你的学位排序, 文凭, 和/或证书.
评审学位审核报告
Review your Degree Audit Report to make sure you have met or are in the process of meeting all program requirements. You may access your Degree Audit by logging into e服务 在qxwed.com, selecting Academic 记录, then Degree Audit Report.
- If there are issues/incomplete areas on your Degree Audit or you have questions about meeting program requirements, contact your advisor before applying to graduate.
- If you are using transfer credits from another institution to meet graduation requirements, you are responsible for making sure that those institutions have sent official transcripts to the 记录 Office before applying to graduate.
提交毕业申请
在审查你的学位审核之后, you must apply to graduate during the last semester of your program or as you complete certificate requirements. You will need your StarID and password to access the application. Once we have reviewed your records, we will send you an email with your next steps.
For students graduating at the end of fall semester, the deadline to apply is November 1. For students graduating at the end of 春天 or summer semester, the deadline to apply is April 1.

Congratulations 安诺卡技术学院 graduates! We are looking forward to celebrating your accomplishments. 所有学生都在秋季毕业, 春天, or summer semester of the current academic year are invited to participate in the 毕业典礼 held each May.

学生 participating in the graduation ceremony are required to wear a cap and gown, which will be available for purchase in the 安诺卡技术学院 书店 beginning April 1, 2024.

Guests and family members are welcome to the attend the ceremony. Due to space constraints, we ask that graduates limit the number of guests to four.

For those guests unable to attend the ceremony, a live web stream will be available the day of the event.

Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificate Documents
毕业 awards are mailed three times per year as follows, for students who apply by the designated graduation deadline:
Fall Graduates: Mailed in late January/early February

Please log into your e服务 account to ensure that your mailing address is up to date and that there are no unpaid balance holds on your account. 的 college does not release awards to students with unpaid balances.
